Leaving 5 stars so someone sees this my son has been coming here for 3 years and it’s been nothing but doctors not listening to us. My son had an appointment to check on his G button site that isn’t healed yet. They sent us home only giving us half info on how to let the wound heal we found out 2 days ago the rest of the treatment but now it’s past the point and hurting my sons stomach and he doesn’t feel good. My 13\-year\-old cousin had an absolutely terrible experience in this emergency room last night\. She came in with a large abscess on her back, and the staff began draining it before giving the medication enough time to take effect\. She was scared and in significant pain, and my aunt who is also an RN was horrified by the experience but didn’t want to cause a scene and scare her child more\.
