This place is a nightmare. We spent months on the waiting list just to get our first appointment. After that, scheduling feels like going to war — all the spots are taken in advance, but they don’t tell you until the last minute. I had a terrible experience with the scheduling staff: after struggling to find a time for my child in November, she later called to say the therapist wouldn’t even be available on the date we had already scheduled.
