This facility is not even deserve for one rating. very worst team of doctors, staff and management ever seen and this facility produce fake bills just to make money and at end they ask you to pay for the services that you did not took. save your time and money and find somewhere else.
Although the doctors are very nice everything is a list of checkmarks, very one size fits all. They do not take the time to address your concerns about your children. Lastly management is terrible, save yourself the time and find somewhere else.
Much appreciation to the office administrator, Marian/Marienne for her great customer service. She helped fix wrongful cancellations done by the front staff supervisor. So much gatekeeping going on with appointments I noticed. Aside from that, Dr. Chacko was really good with my son, very patient and thorough in his care.
Every single staff member treats us with such kindness and joy. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Dr. Chacko is so gentle, thorough, and sweet with our baby. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
