Dr. Chacko and the nurses and staff are so wonderful! They've taken excellent care of my toddler since she was born! Glad they have the urgent care attached to the office, and that it's right next door to the hospital.
I took my child for fever visit, they test couple of swab test and came all negative. and i got a bill of 400$. I wasnt expecting for a sick visit charge of 400$, other urgent care charge flat 150$ in many places. I guess this hospital take advantage of situation and even after calling office - they provide no help. Unless you know your copay - this hospital can itemized your bill for every single item irrespective how long you are their customer. New learning for me.
I have been bringing my kids to see Dr. Johnson for almost 6 years with 2 kids. Never been late, never missed an appointment, and any time something has come up I have always called and rescheduled well before 24 hours giving notice to the facility. We now live almost an hour away and have been continuing to come here by choice, until today.
