We have been seeing Dr. Lily Han at Cooks for almost 4 months now since my son was born. Her and the whole staff are amazing. When we were concerned with something and possibly needed an urgent referral, they were able to fit us in immediately!
The wait time was a little long but the workers there are so nice. Dr. Herrera is knowledgeable. My son’s nurse was great and she was amazing with him! I could tell she was a new face but the patience and care from the Dr. and Briana was fantastic.
We've been seeing Dr. Herrera since my daughter was born and she has been so kind, professional, and detailed. Any concern we have she is always open to talk about and really validates you. She always has a referral to a specialist if you need one as well. Sometimes wait times are not so bad and sometimes they can take a little while but that's because it's a kids pediatric office they do have to take in sick kiddos on the morning of as well.
