I am quite disappointed with the level of care we experienced at this facility today. We scheduled this visit in September, with two consecutive appointments to establish care for my children. I prepared all medical records in advance, created a note with bullet points to make sure I didn’t miss any vital information, completed the pre-check-in questions 24 hours prior, and arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. I was told by the manager my appointment was canceled and then sneakily billed a $50 “no show” fee. Guessing that was worth losing patients.
