I was told by the manager my appointment was canceled and then sneakily billed a $50 “no show” fee. Guessing that was worth losing patients.
I was told by the manager my appointment was canceled and then sneakily billed a $50 “no show” fee. Guessing that was worth losing patients.
This used to be a good office. Unfortunately, when complicated health issues arise with your child they are at a loss to treat them. We were told to seek a second opinion. When asked to be referred to a specialist the answer was “I don’t think they will see you”. I have a child that was born with low bone density that is now a teen and we have been going back and forth with the primary at this office. She refused to send me to a Cooks specialty, but rather made me feel bad for wanting to see a specialist for my daughter. So,... read more
