We love Cook Children’s and Dr. Hsu! She listens and truly cares about her patients. This location is very quick with wait times and is easy to make appointments online. The nurses here are also fantastic! This location treats their patients like family.
What a great clinic! We see Dr. Hsu but have seen other doctors in the practice due to availability and they are all wonderful! We can always get in, even same day appointments if needed. We are treated like family and never leave feeling uneasy or that our questions have been unanswered. They are extremely responsive via phone or patient portal and it’s very evident how much they truly care about each one of their patients.
We love Dr. Hsu! We’ve been with her since my first son was born four years ago and now with my daughter too. She’s super attentive, truly cares, and always makes you feel comfortable. I love how down-to-earth she is and never makes you feel judged. The office is great too they always have sick visits available, and the nurse advice line is a lifesaver with little ones who always get sick.
I would not recommend this clinic. The front desk staff did not appear professional, and while I was in the room, I could clearly hear them talking very loudly, using profanity, and making inappropriate comments about sexual body parts. This is especially concerning because this is a pediatric office where we bring our children to be seen, and the environment should be respectful and child-friendly. This is my first and last time I visit this location. Highly not recommended.
Dr. Evans is great and we love everyone at the office! Been taking my kids there since they were babies and now they are teens. ☺️
