Dr Tran Lee and all the staff there are super friendly and good to both my children for yrs. It was sad to move but highly recommend.
If I could give zero stars I would. These people called CPS on me because we missed an appointment for my daughter on her 12 month checkup. They never contacted me to reschedule. We went back to finish up her 15 month check up and get her up-to-date on vaccinations then I told them I would not be returning because I don’t want to do business with a doctor that calls CPS on its clients. Terrible place to go. Go anywhere else and save yourself and your children.
We’d tried to love this place as much as we loved our prior Pediatricians office Kids First. Only changed due to insurance. The front staff is not understanding and rude. After calling to let them know we were running late due to traffic and main road closed off and walking in 2 min late after there ten minute window we were rescheduled. Not to mention the times we waited over 40 minutes to be seen here at prior visits. I had to voice our wait time and the clinic only had us as patients.
