Unbelievable bad. 3 min late to my daughters appointment and they said they wouldn't see me. How many times do you wait 30-60 min for a doc with no explanation. Since the more senior docs and leadership retired or moved on this location has gone down the toliet.
This is the worst doctors office. Dr Sanborn is the worst doctor and should not be seeing children with her cold hearted personality. This place has steadily gone down hill over the 10 years we have been going here.
Dr. NhuNah Tran-Lee has been my daughter’s physician since birth; she is now 23 months old. As a first-time parent, I’ve had many questions, and Dr. Tran-Lee consistently provides clear, thorough explanations—patiently repeating information when needed. The office staff at this clinic refuse to help. They sent off my child's information for a x-ray reading but failed to send the insurance with it so I was billed for the full charge. When I notified the clinic they said they don't handle that. Excuse me what? I never met the third party company that your office works with and you took my insurance card for the visit and I did confirm that my insurance was correct in her file. They refused to make it right and put it back on me to handle because it is not their responsibility... read more
