After my kids have been patients for over 8 years at this facility, they decided to fire my 5 kids since we had missed more than 3 appointments in the past 8 years in ALL! Manager was very rude and could care less that my car didn't start the last time, so we missed our appointment, and she was just rude all together! I was also told that it was Dr. Lehane's choice as well and if it was her choice shame on her for deciding that when she made us think she actually cared for our family. They actually scam their patients. Went for a wellness visit for our kid. They found an ear infection, so they charged our insurance for a wellness visit and a sick visit. Even though they did nothing outside the scope of a wellness visit. Didn't say anything about it beforehand. Just steal your money. Won't be returning.
We had to make a change and we love the change. Wait times are not long. Drs take the time to explain and listen to your needs and concerns. Update 6 years later and still here. Martha is so sweet she is our favorite. Dr.Eckel always takes care of us.
