Very unprofessional & rude front desk receptionist, poor customer service, they create frustrations chaos and uncertainty
We love this facility! Everyone is always so friendly and they have always been good about getting us in when needed. We especially love Dr. Lehane
My son was sick and we made a NEW PATIENT appointment. We were technically a new patient but we used to go to the prosper location. I received a confirmation that the appointment was booked for that same day. A little bit before the appointment I called the office to see if I could pre-fill the paperwork to make the visit easier with a sick toddler. I would give Dr. Lehane 10 stars if I could! She is the best pediatrician, our family loves her.
Dr Tran Lee and all the staff there are super friendly and good to both my children for yrs. It was sad to move but highly recommend.
