I had good conversation with Dr. Cali during Hearts of Spring Melissa over the weekend. I called to schedule an appointment since she mentioned they are accepting new patients but the front desk told me I need to take my kiddo to urgent care they don’t accept new sick patients. Wow very disappointing.
Called to request a simple appointment and was met with a dismissive and seemingly uninterested attitude in helping in any facet of my child's health. Was it break time ladies? Sorry to interrupt. Avoid this place. Negative stars if it were possible.
I’m extremely disappointed with this pediatric clinic’s lack of compassion and flexibility. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:45 PM and arrived at 2:02 PM—just a couple of minutes past their 15-minute window due to school dismissal delays. My child was experiencing severe stomach pain, and I explained the situation and requested that they still see her, even offering to pay the $50 no-show fee. It’s quite unfortunate that this clinic don’t prioritize patient and I am so disappointed in Dr Bailey because we love her so much and have referred so many people here. I have been with them for 4 years both of my kids and they decided to discharge us because we miss an appt in 2025 and one this year. We paid $50 both times . Life do happen but money hungry and no longer about the patients
There is NOWHERE else I would feel comfortable taking my daughter than Cooks in McKinney. First of all, the front desk staff treat you like your family anytime you call or walk in. I love those ladies so much and they genuinely WANT to help you and care for you. No matter who I call to speak with, every staff member is amazing.
