There is NOWHERE else I would feel comfortable taking my daughter than Cooks in McKinney. First of all, the front desk staff treat you like your family anytime you call or walk in. I love those ladies so much and they genuinely WANT to help you and care for you. No matter who I call to speak with, every staff member is amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. I’m a first time mom and my daughter’s reflux has caused numerous issues since she was born. We didn’t switch to this office until she was 5 months and I wish we had done it sooner. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Calli Falls is PHENOMENAL. Be aware of their billing practices. During a routine wellness check for our daughter, Dr. Michelle Bailey noted some earwax buildup and offered to clean it. It wasn't too bad and we could have removed it ourselves at home. When my wife and I explicitly asked if this would be covered as part of the wellness exam, she affirmatively said yes, so we let her do it.
