I am incredibly disappointed in the way the office handled our missed appointment today... yes we should of called sooner to reschedule the appointment but honestly we had some things going on in life that distracted us from our new patient well visits for our girls. Dr Sherman was amazing! My baby came here for a small surgical procedure.. she was amazing before and after, it healed up beautifully!!.. she didn’t treat my child’s procedure as if it was less important then the rest and even put a heart on her cast!! (It’s the little things, you know).. You can tell her sense of humor is slim like she doesn’t have a super big “funny side” lol but she was sweet & went along with all my daughter’s corny jokes!
