This office is run very poorly. The manager was unhelpful, lacked accountability, and came across as rude and extremely defensive whenever questions or concerns were raised. Rather than addressing issues professionally, responses often felt dismissive and confrontational. Communication throughout the office is disorganized and chaotic. I’m disappointed with the way the front desk and the location manager handled our recent visit. We were asked to come back because we were 5 minutes late. Small delays can happen for many reasons, especially when traveling with a one-month-old infant. A little understanding and flexibility would have been greatly appreciated.
Great office with a friendly, professional staff! Everyone was welcoming, and my visit was smooth from start to finish. I also appreciate how clearly the front desk communicate their firm late policy it helps keep appointments on schedule and shows they respect everyone’s time. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality care.
