We absolutely love this place! I’ve always experienced friendly faces from the front office to the, MA, the nurses, and doctors. Going to this doctor’s office feels like visiting a friend. My children have seen Dr. Tran for 4 years now and they are so comfortable with her. I’ll take the drive out there any day. It’s a smooth visit every time.

I genuinely wanted to love this office, but the front desk staff makes that nearly impossible. Every interaction felt cold, unwelcoming, and unnecessarily rude. They consistently act as if helping patients is an inconvenience, and the attitude you’re met with the moment you walk in overshadows the quality care provided elsewhere in the practice. I followed Dr. Piehl to Celina when she moved and could not be happier - she is so intelligent and connects with my son and me. The front desk is always so informative and helpful - they make us feel like family during every call and visit. Tammy has been super helpful with all of my billing questions. I’m thankful for this entire office!
Bad customer service - would not recommend coming here. We just moved to Celina and the two times I’ve been here they have been extremely rude. I called to make an appt for my sick child and they almost wouldn’t allow me to because he didn’t have a physical with them yet. She chastised me for not completing that yet but made the sick appt as long as I scheduled a physical in the phone with her.
