Very negligent in sending orders to pharmacy or lab. It happens everyone.
If I can able to do with 0 rating, I will be doing that. Worst experience with doctor, and online nurse.
We really do love the front desk ladies and the rest of the staff, however just getting to this particular location is a complete mess!! I arrived just two minutes before my daughter’s appointment just because of the construction and traffic. It’s really a pain trying to figure out how to enter the parking lot and then trying to leave is a nightmare. I’ve decided to switch to another location just due to the traffic situation. Great staff and doctors, but where it’s located is awful.
