This review is specifically for the outpatient laboratory on site at the hospital. My children have been there twice now and there is the sweetest women in there named Yolanda! She is amazing at her job. She is great with the kids, bedside manner is wonderful and also amazing with the parents who might be on edge or worried about what their child is going through. My family is thankful for her!
Great staff they truly care for their patients
We’ve seen multiple doctors across various specialties at Cook Children’s, and the medical care itself has always been excellent. The doctors are professional, attentive, and great with kids. We have no complaints about the physicians themselves. However, the administrative staff continues to be a major issue.
