Had a wonderful experience with ENT! Our daughter needed tubes in her ears again and we were able to find another issue with the help of the nurse practitioner. Surgery was scheduled soon after and my daughter is now one week post op and has improved tremendously! Thank you for all that you do! Also, we previously saw Orthopedics for my oldest and it was amazing! Such a warm and welcoming staff. Our family is a huge fan of Cook Children’s! We’ve always had such a positive experience 😊
Horrible don’t take your kids here
Hard to reach behavioral health. They never pick up, return voicemails. They come back from lunch and forget how to work and not listen to voicemails other then that Dr Pyrc is fantastic.
I hate that I feel like I absolutely have to leave this review when the dr we actually saw was great! This review is more about the so call office supervisor Sandra. After our visit with the Dr we went to the front to check out and asked that the girl working there entered specific notes into the system only because the Doctor instructed us to and even went as far as saying if they have any issues with the request to please go get him. This is a very organized medical clinic. They called us back early for our appointment and Dr De La Torre was personable and very informative. My son had a bad experience with a previous lab but Danielle at this location was amazing. She was able to get him calm and stuck his arm quickly and precisely. I’m coming back to Cook’s for my son’s normal pediatric care also.
