Our family has been going here for years. We recently went in for a child's annual well-check, and were hit with a surprise co-pay after the fact. The bill shows a charge for an office visit, stacked ATOP the well-check. We called their head offices about this, then the local branch we visited. They indicated that because we'd answered the question of "Is there anything else you'd like to discuss?"
