I brought my daughter here, she was throwing up, constantly drinking & peeing and just sick. She has always struggled with constipation but this was not from constipation. My sister has type 1 diabetes & my daughter was having all the symptoms & I told the dr that was working that and he still decided to do an xray to see if she was constipated, he said she was and told me to give her a whole bottle of miralax!!!! I called ahead to schedule blood work for my daughter and was explicitly told that no appointment was necessary and that they operate on a walk-in basis from 9–5. I arrived before 9:30 AM and was told there were 3 people ahead of me and a replacement technician was arriving at 9:45since their regular technician called out. ​The technician didn't start calling patients until 10:15. So far experience has been great! It’s never easy running a medical clinic but through the hustle and bustle my little one and I had a pretty positive experience at this clinic. However, communication could be a little be better but I also understand since Cook’s is such a large network it can be easy to be overlooked. Either way, we had a much better experience than elsewhere. Looking forward to coming back. Dr. M is awesome!

1 hour and 30 min here for my 2 year old to get told it’s could be something Viral, no meds provided. My son has had Fever for 3 days, sore throat, runny nose and Diarrhea. Told me to come back if it gets worse for him. The whole point of Antibiotics is to kick what’s going around before it gets worse.

Our appointment was today at 11:45am with Dr Nicholas Adefemi Ogunmola, and we got there to the front desk at 11:57am, We got checked it, explained it to the front desk why we got there at this time; side note literally an hour from our home,. which honestly she didnt care and said, we are checked in and will let his nurse know. as we are seated at 12:18 she calls us name, and says the doctor left the building because we were late.
