Without reason and less than 24 business hours, they called to reschedule my daughter’s appointment scheduled for 6/30. The next available date was 7/28. My husband had already taken a day off to attend the 6/30 appointment and my daughter is taking a break from some of her dance classes until we can meet with a professional to see if she can safely continue or if it is advisable to stop. She was hoping to get answers sooner rather than later. They rescheduled her with a provider much further away.
My 2 year old son fractured his arm, we had taken him to the ER right away and were sent home that night with just a splint and told to follow up with Cook’s Children’s Orthopedic Clinic to decipher if he needed a cast or surgery. I followed up the next morning as directed and they informed me they wouldn’t be able to fit my son in to be seen until a week out. Mind you, he’s in extreme pain. We have been seeing Dr. Schuster for 5 years for my daughter. Every appointment is always over 45minutes to an hour late . Front desk lady answered the phone , while having conversation with co worker put the patient on hold about 5 minutes to finish her talk with co worker . This happened 9/11/24 as I’m here sitting waiting for my daughter’s appointment.
