My 2 year old son fractured his arm, we had taken him to the ER right away and were sent home that night with just a splint and told to follow up with Cook’s Children’s Orthopedic Clinic to decipher if he needed a cast or surgery. I followed up the next morning as directed and they informed me they wouldn’t be able to fit my son in to be seen until a week out. Mind you, he’s in extreme pain. We have been seeing Dr. Schuster for 5 years for my daughter. Every appointment is always over 45minutes to an hour late . Front desk lady answered the phone , while having conversation with co worker put the patient on hold about 5 minutes to finish her talk with co worker . This happened 9/11/24 as I’m here sitting waiting for my daughter’s appointment.

Todavia estoy esperando la llamada que me dijeron que me devolverían. Mi hija tiene un referral de su PCP. Me llamaron para coordinar cita y la razon del referral. Les dije que mi hija se esta virando la espalda por la postura por su hipotonìa. Me dijo la muchacha que iba a consultar con el especialista y me devolverîa la llamada. Ya llevo meses largos esperando!
We went here when our daughter broke her arm. This was a wonderful experience the whole way through. Staff was amazing at the clinic and the hospital. Easy check in and processing. Followed up when they said they would. Dr. Gray was phenomenal. Great beside manner with our kiddo and always made sure we understood / answered our questions. Her Anesthesiologist, Dr. Burt, was also amazing when she had her bone reset. Highly recommend this clinic, these doctors and the medical center A++ 12/10.
