I just want to personally give a beautifully warm recognition to CARLOS!!! He is soooooo amazing!! Very approachable & helpful. He’s also super nurturing to the children. I’m super protective over my babies, and 100 percent felt so relieved with all of the professional knowledge he provided. I hope that he gets his flowers while he is at this facility. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CARE MY CHILD RECEIVED ..My daughter got in a car accident Friday and started hurting Monday mid day at school . I took her to the hospital right after school . Check in was simple and easy but then the doctor a male doctor came in for 2 mins pressed on her body then said X-rays would be overkill and to get over the counter meds for her despite her saying her feet were tingling .I said I would like a dr note for school tomorrow in case she was hurting tomorrow and he said “she doesn’t need to skip” t... read more
We got referred here yesterday by my daughter’s pediatrician. We had a bit of a scare, so we got sent here. I just have to say, where I live our hospitals don’t do half of what this one did! They were beyond excellent. The nurses were amazing, the doctors were amazing! The staff overall was very helpful and nice! It was a bit of a wait but what e.r doesn’t have a waiting period. Yesterday I took my son to the Children's Hospital after he fractured his arm. From the moment we arrived, the care we received was truly exceptional. Dr. Dirk Verbrugghe, M.D made us feel calm and confident throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional, compassionate, and caring.
