Spent 2 nights here! And I just want to say from how clean the rooms were, how accommodating they were, we were so in awe. All the nurses were so sweet. Special shout out to Amina she made sure to always check on us and truly made my kiddo feel safe! She was great with my son, my son is not the easiest to deal with and she was beyond patient with him. Really put my mind at ease knowing he was in good hands. Truly refreshing to see someone who shows they love what they do.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE CARE MY CHILD RECEIVED ..My daughter got in a car accident Friday and started hurting Monday mid day at school . I took her to the hospital right after school . Check in was simple and easy but then the doctor a male doctor came in for 2 mins pressed on her body then said X-rays would be overkill and to get over the counter meds for her despite her saying her feet were tingling .I said I would like a dr note for school tomorrow in case she was hurting tomorrow and he said “she doesn’t need to skip” t... read more
I don’t know why, but the doctor will check you exactly 30 minutes past your appointment time. For example, if your appointment is at 10, they will call you inside at 10:05, nurses will check vitals etc, it will be 10:15, now, 15 more minutes for the doctor to come. This has happened to me more than twice. On the other hand, if you are late by ONE minute, they will ask you to reschedule for a different day.
During our first visit, my 4-month-old son required a standard heel-stick blood draw. The nurse performing the procedure was visibly shaking and struggled to execute the draw. Instead of collecting the sample cleanly, she repeatedly scraped the collection bottle directly against his heel to scrape up the blood, causing him significant pain. The process dragged on for nearly 30 minutes with excessive bleeding, while the nurse improperly blamed my infant's movement for her difficulty.
