I enjoyed the service. The waiting time was minimal. The doctor and others showed interest and care for my son. Also provided a nice box toy and touch book.
The best thing that came from my daughters NICU stay at cooks was the NEST clinic. They are simply amazing.
I LOVE this place! Personal touch, feels like they've really gotten to know my son & he's had 3 visits just turned 2. Not always easy to get an appointment, but it is obvious that they care, they take the time to explain things to you and make sure you know how to get other information you need, referrals, etc. I always look forward to our NEST visits and wish our pediatric care was as awesome as this place.
Unfortunately they are unable to change an appointment. After contacting multiple people I was told the next available appointment would be in February of next year.(8 months away) Not super helpful since he was a micro premie and will be a year by then.
