If I could give zero stars I WOULD! The young lady answering phones today (Tuesday August 26th @10:40am) has a HORRIBLE attitude in her tone of voice and clearly doesn’t like helping new patients. I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold. If you don’t like working with people then why are you even working here DO BETTER Cooks, patients shouldn’t be treated poorly because your workers don’t like their jobs. Just wanted the Cook's hospital to get with the property owners of this shopping center. There are two very huge potholes and they are deep that could cause damage right when you're entering this when you're coming from a busy street. If someone was trying to go a little fast because of the cars traveling so fast, they could really damage their car. Thank you
