We saw Allison with our very preemie baby and she has been amazing and encouraging to help figure out her issues! We LOVE the support staff and everyone we have met!
After being referred by the ER, we tried to set an appointment for our daughter. The ER mentioned she needed to be seen ASAP. We were told we needed another referral from our regular DR before we could get an appointment. We sent two referrals, one from DR and another from PA. When calling back to schedule, we would be transferred to Devonia who would tell us the referrals were being reviewed.
