Small waiting room Everyone was super nice and able to explain how the procedure would go and how aftercare would work. They were very persistent (I appreciate) and repeated these and asked if we had questions multiple times. My kiddo had her tonsils removed and is removing well. The nurses were kind and made my kinda difficult kiddo feel comfortable.
My son was seen in building 750 urology and everyone was very kind. Front staff was very polite. Dr. Kala was very sweet and informative.
