The worst nurses ever and we have been waiting for 4 hours just to be seen
Thank you to Dr.Marcincuk and PA Wright for being so kind! These 6 past years have been great seeing them every single visit! Thanks to all the staff as well! Never was disappointed going here.
I got to the Frisco office within the 15 min late grace period. The front desk lady told me i had to reschedule my appointment since "i was late". Keep in mind i had attempted to call earlier to inform the office inwas running a bit late, no one picked up the call. Also i was the last patient for the day. The office manager did nothing about this unprofessional behavior by the front desk lady. This is wrong. Very wrong..
If I could give zero stars I would . Doctor barely looked at and evaluated my baby for her severe tongue and lip tie telling me I wanted a quick fix even though I explained my child symptoms top to bottom - air sucking, unable to breast feed, choking, barely able to suck on bottle without all the milk leaking out. Turned me away and charged me 300 dollars for nothing when my baby needed the procedure. They seriously told me she's not underweight so all my other issues don't matter.
