They point blank asked if we are US Citizens in order for my son to get an appointment. We are not citizens but we are legal permanent residents and have medical insurance. They had a team evaluate if we were allowed to request an appointment with one of their doctors. When they called with the "great news" that their team would allow my son to be treated/seen, I told them I was no longer interested in being seen by their office. Beware of this racist office.

Dr. Was very good and viewed all my son's chart. Only reason for 3 stars is they couldn't use a papoose board. My son has had to have his ears cleaned our 3x here and it has been hell. He's kicking screaming takes 4 nurses and my self to hold him down. The papoose board helps keep him stable and helps prevent injuries. Each time he gets nicked due to to much movement. Is the papoose board causing him to be strapped in yes but it's not as traumatic as the board and his wars get cleaned out in 5 min or less versus 20 min. My s... read more
