We got the pleasure of working with Leon and Izzy for our equinox and to say they were great is an understatement!! We were in and out so fast they had everything figured out for us in a matter of minutes and got us the best deal we could given our circumstances. They really took the time to help us out when it came to the concerns of the vehicles we were looking at and gave us an honest answer about the reliability and quality of the vehicles on the lot! We’ve had an excellent experience with Cook Chevrolet. Our first purchase in 2024 was a used Chevy Tahoe with Leon, and it was the easiest, no-pressure car-buying experience we’ve ever had. While the Tahoe later had unforeseen issues, the service team was outstanding and always provided a courtesy vehicle, which made a huge difference. This has to be the worst dealer I have ever seen before. I thought dealerships had to have a level of presentation for there business. This place looks like its stuck in the 80s. I went to this dealer for a warranty recall item. I had called the service center they verified that it was active recall and ordered part and scheduled me in. Fats forward I drive 1.5hrs to the service shop for them to tell me sorry your not covered under warranty. But we have the part lats install this and charge you!
