This has to be the worst dealer I have ever seen before. I thought dealerships had to have a level of presentation for there business. This place looks like its stuck in the 80s. I went to this dealer for a warranty recall item. I had called the service center they verified that it was active recall and ordered part and scheduled me in. Fats forward I drive 1.5hrs to the service shop for them to tell me sorry your not covered under warranty. But we have the part lats install this and charge you! Bought a new truck and had a fantastic experience from ordering it and making a deal with Brent to finalizing the purchase and extended warranty with Izzy. The guys in the back Dwayne knocked out the extra stuff on the truck fast and did a great job as well as Martin in the parts department getting me set up with a few more extras! 10/10 recommend buying anything from these guys!!
