My experience with Cook Builders has been excellent. I am impressed with the quality of their work, and their team. They are very knowledgeable and helped us to get our project on time and under budget. They took the time to walk through the design process to help us value engineer the plans to get better results. I will most definitely recommend them. A+ General Contractor.
Being a sub vs being a client are apparently totally different worlds. I can’t speak on their workmanship. Hopefully they really are great folks. However , as another individual stated. Beware subcontracting for these people as they NEVER follow through with ANY COMMITMENT. They have negatively impacted multiple businesses through extremely poor communication , and failure to stick with payment terms in signed contracts . I hate to have to say this but don't waste your time with them. I should have known when we were "no-called, no-showed" by Jeremy for our bid walk through, that I should have looked elsewhere. When he was 20 minutes late to our first walk through for a bid, I called him and he said he wasn't going to make it because he was stuck in Idaho. That would have been good to know BEFORE he was 20 minutes late for our walk through.
