At approximately 7:12 am a driver of a white van with this company’s name on the side and it looked just like the signage on their website was hanging out in the passing lane and then would try to pace people when they pass him. It appeared to be an older gentleman in the drivers seat. Never moved from passing lane despite multiple times available to get right and causes dangerous situations with people passing him on right today on RT 12 North from New Hartford to Near Walmart in North Utica.
