RecommendedSusan and I were reluctant about having another home built after an unpleasant home building experience 20 years ago. We were relieved to find our Cook Brothers' home building experience exceeded our expectations. They completed the house early and their attention to detail and workmanship is outstanding. The handful of minor warranty items have been resolved expeditiously. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
We worked with John, Ralph and his team. From the beginning when we made our selections at the beautiful design center to the end when we did the finial walk through they made it easy and painless. They gave us a time frame, a budget and there were no surprises. We are now enjoying our beautiful new home. We highly recommend Cook Brothers.
A shout out and BIG thanks to our builder Cook Brothers , John Cook, Ashley Sarten Cook and their staff. We love our new home and are so thankful that each time(and there has been precious few) that we’ve had a problem, they respond quickly. I recommend them for sure.
John and Ralph along with there staff are top notch. We have worked with contractors in the past but nothing like this team. They make you feel like family and care about every detail. What you see is what you get. Honest, hardworking, fun loving people that really want to make your dreams a reality without taking advantage of you. That is hard to come by these days.
