I ordered a toilet seat buffer for my toilet which was expensive for what it is after having to pay $10.60 for shipping on top of the $6.50 that they charged for the buffer. I had to chase up with the salesperson that placed my order to ensure they got my payment and my email, which had gone to their junk folder. It took a while to get the part too.
