I had a very positive experience yesterday with Mr. David Cook doing appraisals on 3 properties. Mr Cook is very professional and kept us informed of when he would arrive and what he was doing through each step of the process. Thank you Mr. Cook for your hard work and coming out yesterday.

David did a date of death appraisal for an inherited property. He was great to work with and answered all my questions.
