I booked these cleaners for a deep clean/spring clean and I was very clear to the owner what was required. I even had a standard clean done the day before to make it easier and quicker for them. Two girls rocked up and were clearly not fluent in English, had no idea where to start and didn’t understand my instructions or had not been communicated what their assignment was. Showed up 30 mins late without letting us know. And very poor communication between the person in charge and the cleaners. They requested to extend for another hour clean but the bathroom, kitchen and floor wasnt vacumed or cleaned properly. They only reach out for payment but when we communicated about our comments and they didn't bother replying. Do not recommend. Quite unprofessional
We had an amazing experience with cook and clean. They sent Luana and cirlir and we will be requesting them every 2 weeks. The girls were on time, friendly, professional and more then happy to complete any task we pointed out to them. We gave them a thorough list and everything was done to the highest standard. We have had many cleaners and have often been left disappointed, but the service and quality from cook and clean truly was 5*. Thank you Camilla.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a very disappointing experience with Cook and Clean Perth for a vacate clean of our 2x2 apartment in Claremont. The quote we received was for a house, which would have taken much longer to clean than a small 2x2 apartment. We reasonably expected the quoted 9 hours for the vacate clean and 3 hours for carpet clean (totaling $600) would result in a clean apartment and pass the vacate inspection. We were sorely mistaken. I contacted this business to obtain a quote to clean my elderly mothers apartment. I received a quote via email and sent a return email asking a couple of questions before we proceeded with the quote. After 2 weeks of no reply and being hung up on several times when I tried calling, I gave up. Quite clearly, they don't need our business.... I couldn't recommend their service because they wouldn't provide any!!
