TL;DR: Initially good communication, but poor workmanship, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct. Coogle Air left one of my AC installs improperly done, used silicone as a lazy fix, failed to show up to scheduled appointments, and stopped responding altogether. I’ve raised a complaint with Consumer Protection WA to have this resolved. Based on my experience, I will not be recommending Coogle Air to others, and I’ll be going elsewhere for my future installs. Excellent service all round. Gave me plenty of options and flexibility. Very efficient, professional and friendly service from start to finish.
Had a warranty job done with them recently and the experience was just perfect. Celine organised the repair, kept me informed and it was done in two days! I was impressed of how much care they show. My household has a little one and we rely on the aircon to keep her warm. Celine marked the job as urgent and the technician came on the second day!
Update 2025: Since this review, the aircon started leaking. The 2 year installation warranty expired and there was a slow leak due to improper tightening on the line (Mitsubishi-authorised repair company inspected the line and let me know the cause as this doesn't and hasn't happened with other leaks). Unfortunately Coogle have refused to accept responsibility and deny my rights under ACL for refund of the repair cost due to the workmanship, which is currently a dispute is in progress, and I would no longer recommend them du... read more
