Had a warranty job done with them recently and the experience was just perfect. Celine organised the repair, kept me informed and it was done in two days! I was impressed of how much care they show. My household has a little one and we rely on the aircon to keep her warm. Celine marked the job as urgent and the technician came on the second day!
Update 2025: Since this review, the aircon started leaking. The 2 year installation warranty expired and there was a slow leak due to improper tightening on the line (Mitsubishi-authorised repair company inspected the line and let me know the cause as this doesn't and hasn't happened with other leaks). Unfortunately Coogle have refused to accept responsibility and deny my rights under ACL for refund of the repair cost due to the workmanship, which is currently a dispute is in progress, and I would no longer recommend them du... read more

Had a very good experience with Coogle Air. They answer emails usually within 2 business days and I like their straightforward answers and transparency, and of course, very competitive pricing for install of a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ciara. Importantly, tradies actually turned up on time and did a neat job. It's great they have a 2yr warranty on their installation, on top of the air conditioner's 5yr warranty.
