Had a very good experience with Coogle Air. They answer emails usually within 2 business days and I like their straightforward answers and transparency, and of course, very competitive pricing for install of a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ciara. Importantly, tradies actually turned up on time and did a neat job. It's great they have a 2yr warranty on their installation, on top of the air conditioner's 5yr warranty. Really poor quality workmanship. most likely all are apprentice in a team. They don't have any idea how to even drill a hole . Damaging my building and they install my split system at lower height then standard. They even does not know how to communicate . Really disappointed . Simply stay away from this group.
