This office handily fails at the basics of management or customer service. I happened to see them while I was in the shopping center and they had some kind of discounted rate for a cleaning, so I signed up online. I'll say again, I signed up online to get a cleaning, something I urgently needed. Dr. G and her staff were awesome! From the ease of making the appointment to the visit everyone was very accommodating especially in these uncertain times!
After 6 months process of extractions and replacement teeth that should’ve been completed a long time ago. I’m left unfinished and extremely unhappy. After expressing several concerns and few phone calls leaving messages. I got no response from anyone. Until I finally spoke to office manager assistant. I just want my refund so I can go else where for better care. I used to really like this office. But they left me highly disappointed.
After waiting an hour in the parking lot, I was notified that my appointment will need to be rescheduled. Thanks for the consideration I guess.
Dr. Collins is an amazing dentist! He is patient, kind and is not stingy on the anesthesia. It is nice to finally find a dentist who truly cares for his patient’s health and wellbeing. Thanks to you and your wonderful staff for all that you do! ❤️

Dr. Daniel and Dr. Collins were so incredibly kind and took the time to make sure I understood fully what to expect during and after my root canal. Their assistant Julia is so attentive and friendly. The front office staff is excellent too. I could not be happier with my new dental team of doctors and I am so glad I found them through Cigna!
