The leasing and maintenance staff at Conwyn Arms are terrific! They are all very responsive and friendly. And, the parking is easy!
The maintenance crew here is extremely helpful and they do a great job removing snow for the tenants. When there is a maintenance problem they resolve it.
We've lived at Conwyn for the past three years and have loved it. Our 1 bedroom was large and spacious, the building is well taken care of, and it's a great location on the Main Line with easy access to the train. The management and maintenance team, Christina, Logan, and everyone else are so nice and super quick to respond to an issue. If we weren't buying a house, we'd definitely be staying!
