We had an extremely short time to get a recent purchase from contract to close. The team at Conwell Title in Huntsville got things back so quickly to us. I am redoing my post because of the fact that Mr. Conwell himself took care of the whole situation and saved me with my earnest money from the fraudulent group of agents. My thanks to Conwell title.
Seems like the company works with these agents who doesn’t disclose the whole deal and then ask for a big amount in Earnest money. They team up be careful while signing the contract to us there was no mention of any mortgage taking over we didn’t even know until after how many ch the loan is on the house they were selling is for 25k. They are running a scam program. And then the law firm claim that they thought we knew all about it through the agent if so then document it on the contract.
I absolutely love closing here. Best in the business
