Price gouging at its absolute worst. Had to pay $89 service call charge  just to be told that what should be a minor fix would cost 3-5 times the going rate. For example, to replace a pop up assembly in a bathroom sink would be $300. $700 to set a toilet. $500 to replace the parts of a toilet tank. Shame on Conway. Will NEVER call them for anything ever again. They must make pretty good money just sending their folks around to collect $89 for doing nothing. Zero stars is my real rating.

Wish I had checked Facebook first, then I would have seen all the complaints about their work and lack of work ethic. With multiple other crews under our house, only Conway managed to knock out all power to the front of the house. Of course they offered to fix it all at a cost of only $6800. They constantly told us lies about the work. Well to make a long story short I've been stood up over and over again but to lie and say you came to my home is going to far the appointment had a 6 hour window 1-7 after 7 I called hour I called and they reported the tech was behind he'll be there in 40 minutes ok I called back at 8:29 they said he's on the way then I called back at 8:39 oh he closed you out for no show but I have ADT on the job he is the no show the invoice reads 7:32 someone is lying shame shame shame just go home if you're tired but don't lie because ... read more

I made a post 3 weeks ago about being stood up for my appointment. I spoke with Lisa the Assurance Manager, and I still have not gotten my air conditioner service for the year. My appointment was yesterday, and I call and never received a call back. No call no show again this is the third time this has happen. I don't understand the problem with this company and all I ask for is my air conditioner to be service and I cannot get that done. Called Conway 2 and a half weeks ago to have them come out and clean my ac units. When I told them I wanted there $57 dollar promotion I was informed the earliest available appointment was 2 weeks out. No biggie as I wasn't in a hurry so I put myself down for today June 19th between 8-9(the only time they guarantee). Got a call yesterday at 2:30 telling me they could not make it to my scheduled appointment and now the earliest available was July 10th. 38 days after my initial call for an appointment. The plumber arrived in a timely manner and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had all of the parts necessary to repair it and the price was reasonable.
