Called Conway 2 and a half weeks ago to have them come out and clean my ac units. When I told them I wanted there $57 dollar promotion I was informed the earliest available appointment was 2 weeks out. No biggie as I wasn't in a hurry so I put myself down for today June 19th between 8-9(the only time they guarantee). Got a call yesterday at 2:30 telling me they could not make it to my scheduled appointment and now the earliest available was July 10th. 38 days after my initial call for an appointment.
