I have had Jay Johnson who owns Conway Roofing do two roofs for me on my properties. They do an excellent job, they are reliable, and are competitively priced. Hunter, Jay's son is an excellent roofer and very knowledgeable. Additionally, Susan the office manager is very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. I have lived in Sarasota since the early 1970s, and this is the only roofing company I would ever recommend!

My advice, put your time, money & efforts into another company who has better business practices & appreciates YOU as their customer. Contract vague with no product details on materials. Roof shingle stated Conway would furnish & supply 1 of 3 options although we agreed on specific brand/color to match soffit/fascia they would be installing. Response to Conway Roofing, for transparency see photo copies below: 1) Email between Conway office, Jay (Head Roofer/President) and employee discussing aluminum soffit/fascia job contracted 2) 1st Contract (3/18): with no specific product details, added notation at bottom Homeowner provided written addendum specifying these where employee acknowledged receiving 3) 2nd Contract (4/06): as Conway sent same contract as above but took notation off that tied additional paperwork with product details to contract, I added the inf... read more

Conway installed my roof 13 years ago with 30-year warranted shingles. I had no problems with their work then. Recently there have been shingle fragments on the ground. I have called the company four times to have the roof inspected. After six weeks, despite promises, I have not even received a return phone call. With so many companies to choose from, why would anyone hire Conway.

Conway roofing replaced our entire cement tile roof after Hurricane Ian. The job was done professionally and at a very fair price. The owner, Mike stayed involved with the job until it was fully completed. I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them.
