I called Conway Roofing for maintenance service on my dormer roof. they assigned me to someone named Martene. He claimed he sent someone to take drone pictures of my roof. This was on June 8th. I started asking for the estimate on June 9th. Martene kept telling me that he will have the office send me the pictures and estimate.
