So far, I've had a very pleasant experience with this clinic.
Best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Teresa handles reception like a true professional. Julia’s knowledge base is next level. And Dr Jones is like James Bond with precision. Good people run this place and they care about their patients. It’s a hidden gem.
There are a number of issues with the clinic, many of them because it is underfunded and not a priority for Conway Regional. The people are amazing, they are just not given the resources they need. 1. No one ever answers the phone. The past 2 years being seen here there have been days I called upwards of 17 times and never got an answer. 2. The policy for confirming your apointment is unfair.
