I am a home inspector and Ghassan Kalian was the listing agent on a property i went to inspect. He first gave me a wrong code to enter . Then the electricity was not on as required called him and he said he was out there a few days earlier and it was on, i called APS and they said it was turned off 5 months ago so he lied. Gina is amazing! She was extremely helpful and understanding. I was a first time home buyer and didn’t know much about the process she was always polite and helpful through it all. She was very patient with all my questions and always responded in a timely manner. I would recommend Gina to anyone looking for a home in Arizona. She is absolutely the best!
