Unprofessional, acts nonchalant towards property concerns. Would do research and explore alternatives before pursuing business. The leasing lady is very rude and on multiple occasions has been heard being belligerent towards clients personal issues with their properties.
I have been renting from them for two years and I have always been greeted with a smile. They’ve always responded to my maintenance request in a timely manner and it’s never been a problem.
This company is ABSOLUTELY horrible!!!!! They are rude, unprofessional, they don’t fix anything until you move out and then try to say you owe for the damages that they incurred. I will be looking into seeing what my options are about a lawsuit
Property wasn't ready in timely manner. Owner says one thing, means another. Communicates with hostility, Denies responsibility.
