RecommendedAnyone who banked with Crescom/United is pretty irritated right now. If you’re a local (Horry County) I encourage you to switch to Conway National Bank. Wish I’d never had to leave CNB!
i personally cashed my sons check for him, and deposited his ENDORSED check into my account. they called the next day telling me he has to come show I'd.. weird but OK, they're keeping things safe right?? WRONG!! he took half day off, went,and showed his I'd... and they STILL haven't deposited the check!! woman named LISA, is giving me this whole runaround, and won't even return it. CNB switched over to new cards and sent them out without any communication via email or call. I have since relocated and am now without any means of obtaining my funds for 14 days in the middle of the virus crisis. Further, the Supervisor at the Conway location hung up on me after I advised her that I could not get through all day and how poorly organized the switching over of the cards was. I am now looking at my account with plenty of money but no way of obtaining in during a state of Emergency as the card no longer works.... read more

Outstanding customer service.
The new card debacle is ridiculous. Issued new cards, activated. Does not work and it deactivated my old card. No one to talk to after hours! Very inconvenient. Wonder how much that entire cluster costs them.. they’ll just pass it on to us. 1 star at most. Can I charge that bank an inconvenience fee?
