It never seemed like they cared and they seemed distracted. Went in hoping for a diagnosis and left with no diagnosis, a sheet of paper with 8 stretches on it, and a $600 bill.
Front desk lies. Have a sick 4 year old with an ear Infection. Called about 10 am and was told to call back at 1 pm. Called for over an hour and never for anyone. They could have told me that they were closing early but chose to lie. I would have just taken him to the er 3 hours ago had I of known this. I and my husband are looking for new drs. I will be canceling my appt for later in the month first thing Monday and finding a new PCp. No wonder you guys have 2 stars on google.
I started going to CRMG at the beginning of 2024 to find a closer PCP. I mostly saw Dr. Anna Mears, they don't come with a better bedside manner. I have seen 3 other doctors when Anna wasn't available and found them to be very professional and all listened to me, which doesn't always happen. I only changed when I moved to other side of town and transportation was an issue. Shout out to the front desk! They are awesome give them a raise! That was my first sign, I was in the right place.
I have not had an issue with any particular doctor at this clinic; but the clinic itself is terrible. I followed Dr. M here before he retired. Then I saw the N.P. (I called her Dr. E). Then the N.P. left. Then I started seeing Dr. L. Now Dr. L has left. Neither time has the clinic informed me that either had left. It appears to be rotating doors for doctors at this clinic.
