I started going to CRMG at the beginning of 2024 to find a closer PCP. I mostly saw Dr. Anna Mears, they don't come with a better bedside manner. I have seen 3 other doctors when Anna wasn't available and found them to be very professional and all listened to me, which doesn't always happen. I only changed when I moved to other side of town and transportation was an issue. Shout out to the front desk! They are awesome give them a raise! That was my first sign, I was in the right place.
I have not had an issue with any particular doctor at this clinic; but the clinic itself is terrible. I followed Dr. M here before he retired. Then I saw the N.P. (I called her Dr. E). Then the N.P. left. Then I started seeing Dr. L. Now Dr. L has left. Neither time has the clinic informed me that either had left. It appears to be rotating doors for doctors at this clinic. Sensational help and took care of me when I was feeling truly horrible
Been with this clinic since 2009. I've muddled thru the worst of times with them,but finally, after 5 different doctors in my tenure there,they have pushed a little too far. The united healthcare fallout has left me hanging,not to mention that my current doctor left the practice, with no pre notification,my blood pressure was being controlled by him,and now wat happens?I don't know,and they can't tell me, so ,
