Dr Threkeld is great. I have been his patient for years. but this office is too busy and poorly run. when you call you have to wait a long time sometimes the recording says your 7th in line. Then when someone finally answers you may hear people talking in the background and hung up on. I'm age 52 and I have had issues and symptoms with needing a colonoscopy test for months and the front desk girl says I am unable to get an order for this, even though I have had a previous order 2 years ago, I did not use.
