In April 2024, I purchased a 2020 Ford F-150. My 1st service appt. (June 24') would address a noise along with standard maintenance to include a transmission fluid service. Turns out the noise is a known issue with this truck. Ford has a tsb out for it. On 07.06, my family and I were on the BG Freeway, roughly 50 miles from home. My speed 75-80 mph. Edited the previous text with a couple of misspelling: Asked the service department to check into the concerns of the customer review that was sent the following was provided by our Fixed Operation Director. On 6/13/24 we changed oil and filter, rotated tires, performed a Transmission flush, as well as a TSB (22-2219) for a screeching noise related to the integrated wheel ends on the 4wd system. I strongly encourage everyone to steer clear of this dealership unless you don’t mind being screwed with what you bought! I stupidly fell for their gimmick and traded my car in on my used 2019 ford edge with the million mile power train warranty, well now this said car needs a brand new transmission and potentially has a coolant intrusion! The million mile warranty can’t be used bc I didn’t service the oil and air filters to their liking so I’m being charged $7k+ for a new transmission on a 5 year old car and then potentiall... read more

The vehicle, a 2019 Ford Edge Serial Number 2FMPK4J91KBB20903 had 32,460. miles at the time it was purchased on 8-9-22. An extended service contract was offered but was declined. Service department is useless! Took car in they replaced clutch pack charged $2500. Drove 49 miles and broke again. This time they said it was a bad tcm. After waiting for 6 months with the car on their lot to get fixed and another $650. The car made it 48 miles. This time the service manager said to take it to another ford dealership for warranty work.

In response to the above customer review I believe it is referring to a 2016 Ford Focus SE belonging to Mikayla M******* The vehicle has 108,137 miles on the car and has a Salvage Rebuilt Title. The 6 months time on our lot was due to a delay in the TCM part which had been on national backorder through the Ford Motor Company. It was installed as soon as it came to the dealership. Bought a car from them and I only made 1 payment on it and the motor blew up. Do Not recommend. This was in August 2022.

This is towards the service department. Had great experiences both times with the service department. Very cordial and listens to the concerns of customers even though we didn't buy the vehicle from them (vehicle purchased from a dealership in Louisville under Ford factory warranty.) Both times we have taken the vehicle in, they have treated us great. Keep up the good work and we have now found our new dealership to buy my wife's vehicles.
