John came to maintenance my heating system and to clean my ducts. He was kind, knowledgeable and made the experience of being a homeowner and needing to keep up on maintenance more tolerable. I would recommend him 10/10.
John was great. Lost heat on one of the coldest weekends of the year. Called the number @710am on a Sunday. He answered and was at my house in three hours. He was unable to get the part until Monday but lent me numerous heaters to bring the house from 49 to 74. Heat was up and running by Monday afternoon.
Conway Heating and Air was quick to respond to our emergency, provided a reasonable quote, expert installation. We are very satisfied customers
