John, or his crew, have come out a couple times now. They have always been responsive and professional.
Furnace started acting funny, I called and John came out same day to diagnose the problem. After discussing options, I decided to replace my furnace, he returned next day and installed the unit. John was open and honest about my options, he did not try and upsell a new furnace or any additional work that I did not need. The work was done well and he was kind to my family as well. Will return to him for any future HVAC needs, highly recommend!
John is fantastic. We had previously been in touch on a few issues with my ancient furnace and, without fail, John was there with the assist. When it came time to replace it, we scheduled a time within the same week and a couple hours later I had a brand new furnace (replacing the ancient, overheating unit). I turn to John with all HVAC needs and questions now and could not be happier with his service.
