John was called for a leaking furnace and his response time was incredible. His service was excellent and pricing was outstanding. He was so friendly and informative. I highly recommend his company and services. He will absolutely be my first call for any future furnace/air conditioning issues. I cannot recommend him enough.
Poor John. We had breakdowns on BOTH our systems within 8 days. He came by twice within a few hours of our calls, had the rights parts on hand, and had us up and running within a half hour each time. I think he must have his Superman ‘S’ under his t-shirt. Very reasonable and really responsive. Can’t recommend him enough….
Called during the recent horrendous heat wave because our central air stopped working. Was told he could be here in a few hours, and true to his word, he was. He diagnosed the problem while on the phone, and his diagnosis turned out to be correct. Replaced the bad part and we were up and running quickly. I called John at 9am in the morning to fix a clogged AC condensate line and he was able to fit time in his busy schedule to come by at 12pm. He explained everything to me, was very friendly and gave me advice on how to prevent the issue in the future. He got the job done quickly and his pricing was very fair. I will definitely reach out to John again for future repairs!
John and his team were so professional and came out on short notice to fix our AC. We are so happy with the outcome and recommend his work to everyone!!
