After finding out that my existing 20 year old furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, I received three quotes. John answered the phone himself, showed up the same day himself to quote the work and offered a fair and reasonable price for the work. Didn’t have to leave a message or end up with a sales person like other contractors. Others couldn’t get the work done for over a month while John fit this into his schedule within a week. John provided exceptional service, quickly diagnosing my initial problem, fixing it, and then going the extra mile to check additional components of my hvac system for proper functioning. Didn’t try to “sell” more services, and even registered our appliances for the extended warranty. Top notch all around, highly recommend!
We were selling the family house that was in a trust and the buyers wanted a thorough tune-up and evaluation to condtion of the gas fired furnace. I calld him and he came the next afternoon and provided this service to buyer and sellers realtors as well as myself. I plan to use him on my own home in the future.
We had a fantastic experience with John and team for air duct cleaning. They did an excellent job, quick yet very thorough. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to patiently explain the next steps for maintenance, which we really appreciated.
