The Smiley family would like to take this opportunity to thank all the LPNs, CNAs and other staff members that looked out for dad during his stay. I know dad was stubborn, hear headed and sometimes a little mean, but he love each one of the staff. A lot he felt as if they were family. We will miss each of you and remember you in our hearts.
The Lawson family would like to thank all of mom's nurses, CNA.s and everyone for loving mom and taking care of her. I know it started out kinda ruff but we caught on, and mom made "Best Friends". She called all of her CNA's her kids and she loved them all. We know she was hard on ya sometimes but that was her dementia and not her.Thank you for giving mom life for the past year. I have only been here for two months now, I'm a long term resident because of the severity of my disability. I have been treated with the utmost respect since arriving, the staff, nurses, and CNA's have gone above and beyond to make my transition as stress free as possible! Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and professionalism! I look forward to our future together.
I must be on a different planet than all the other reviewers! Please tell me how it's possible for my father to be there for rehab and no one seems to either know his rehab plan or have one. And more importantly, please explain how it's possible for my father to have a catheter and be wearing an adult diaper and when I go to see him he is sitting in a urine soaked bed. I haven't met an unhappy resident or staff there. They have great food,an lots of fun activities for the residents. It smells so good and clean as well. I wish I had known of this place when I had my rehab/therapy after my surgery.
I have worked there the staff and employees are awesome we were like one big happy family. They really do go all out for the residents. Love you guys!!!
I just want to give a big shout out to my wonderful team of care providers at Conway Healthcare and Rehab for the awesome job y'all are doing! Y'all are amazing and I'm so proud of the job your doing and the teamwork that is evident in the care you provide! Love you guys!
