Called and the technician never showed after waiting three hours. He called and asked me for pictures then tried to assess the problem from there. Then gave me an off the head price without even seeing what the problem was. Won’t ever use them again!

A snapped cable on my garage door needed replacing urgently. Kevin was here within a day to fix it and was very pleasant and competent. He replaced both cables and cones quickly, and serviced the rest of the mechanism. The door is back to full working order and is running nice and smoothly again.
