I found Chris (Conway Custom Works) while searching for a contractor Upstate NY (by Windham Mountain Resort). He gave me a quote for a complete rehab of a 2-family over there. I then called him to do a flat rubber roof at my personal house in Union City, NJ (in part to test his skills and also his price was good). Chris returned my call immediately, spent time discussing my project, was polite and professional. Maybe he does good work -- i wouldn't know because he never showed, despite many promises. Emaied him a photograph, and he quickly replied saying he could do the work, and would visit the property immediately, provide a quote, etc. Then many weeks, several promises to visit the property "tomorrow".... no shows, no calls, no apologies or explanation i e. no professional courtesy. Disappointed, seemed legit.
