I was experiencing some minor issues with a previous install. The technician quickly detected the cause and had it resolved and got everything working within a very short period of time. Would definitely call them again.
Andy was diplomatic and tactful. After inspecting the door he said we needed to replace it and his proposal made a lot of sense to us. They came out the next day and repaired and replaced my broken door. Personnel on the phone were also outstanding. I proudly endorse Conway Garage Door Repair Co!!.
