Conway Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job. I contacted to get a quotation and service, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive both on the same day. The cleaner did an amazing job on my carpet, helping to get rid of fabric stains and an unpleasant odor. I was quite pleased and would suggest them without a doubt.
The customer service team was attentive and ready to answer any questions I had.
Representative said they were a local business in Darien and they there employees were W2. Complete lie not a local business they are just hiring anyone to do the job. Sourcing agency that charges you a free “membership” to find companies that actually do the work. Watch out it’s fraud!!!
Conway Carpet Cleaning is by far the best carpet cleaning company I’ve ever used! They will have a lifetime customer with me! Well worth it! Very professional and courteous! Needed this done so that I could put my house on the market and home buyers asked my realtor if it was new carpet!
