Where to start! If I could give them zero stars I would. The techs were honestly one of the only good parts about being in Summer unit. I passed out due to blood pressure and was asked if I was being dramatic and wanting attention. The disrespect from the night nurse Fiona was on another level. She really proves to EVERYONE that she is just there for a paycheck. My husband is here currently being held only because they want insurance money. He has served his time and is about to lose his job because they keep making him stay longer because of the good insurance. Not to mention once brought to this place he didn’t have his regular meds for three days or more. Oh and been in the same clothes he arrived in 6 days ago. Our family had a very disappointing experience with Conway Behavioral Health. We sent my disabled brother there because he has mental health issues and we wanted him to receive the help he needed. One of our biggest concerns was the lack of communication. They refused to communicate with his grandmother, who is heavily involved in his care, and with his care coordinator. If I could give 0 stars I would... there was ZERO communication, no safety plan and he was discharged n we were told basically he didnt qualify for services anymore. This place is supposed to help people, save the kids and fix the family.... therapist told me I shouldn't let him back in my home and make him someone else's problem.
Therapist are not experienced. Constant problems getting meds. I would avoid this place. I’m considering filing a lawsuit against them.
